| Introduction/Rules |
Welcome to Stargate Alpha’s new feature Bigg Jaffa. I suppose you could categorise this as a tongue in cheek adaptation of the reality television programmes where a group of people are either tossed into a house for 12 weeks or flung on a remote desert island or left as a celebrity in a jungle. I am sure everyone has seen something like it. This is for fun peeps!
A number of characters from Stargate, old, new, dead or alive have been chosen by Oma Desala to play in a game and be observed by all species of the universe. As with all games there are rules the players have to adhere to… and they are as follows:
1. None of the players may communicate with their indigenous planets or know what is happening in the universe during their time in the game.
2. The group will be provided with a sarcophagus for healing in emergencies (unauthorised use will lead to infestation by Goa’uld).
3. After the third week, the players will nominate another to be left behind on the planet they are on. (They will be returned to their homeworld.) The universe will vote out of the top 4 nominations. Bigg Jaffa reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
4. Players will be provided with Naquada and Trinium with which to trade for Food and Equipment. Basic rations and survival equipment will be provided for all. A trader, BJ, from an unknown planet, will be allowed access to the planet to trade food and equipment for the Naquada and Trinium.
5. Tasks will be set for the players during their week stay on different planets. The Players will have to decide how much of their weekly allowance of Naquada and Trinium they want to gamble. Task completion will merit reward of which will be decided upon by Oma. Failure will result in the removal of Naquada and Trinium to the amount gambled.
6. Those that try to escape will ascend to a higher level of existence. Forever suffering from a blinding glowing condition, a terrible grasp of grammar and will forevermore speak in riddles.
7. Oma’s decision is final.
We can reveal the players are as follows:

These Players will be required to Gate to Kheb, where they will be transported to the First planet. The Universe will be able to see what happens during their time on the planet, The Tau’ri, Earth people, will get the low-down on the events from the world wide web site
STARGATE ALPHA UNIVERSE.
You need to join the Command section to be able to vote in the game. Don’t worry, you don’t need to play the games there if you don’t want to. The Tau’ri will be able to read what has happened in Universe and from the nominations, vote for whom they wish to leave the game.
A summary of what has happened will appear each galactic week (approximately four Tau’ri weeks), with clips and censored dialogue from the planet. The first few weeks will see the candidates arrive on the planet and settle into their new abode.
Gate to Day One.
